KASU announces 17th Professorial inaugural lecture

The Vice-Chancellor of Kaduna State University, Abdullahi I. Musa, has cordially invited members of the academic community and the general public to attend the University’s 17th Professorial Inaugural Lecture.

The lecture is themed “Cosmic Balance and Communal Living: African Traditional Religion and Peaceful Co-Existence in Nigeria.” It will be delivered by Professor Solomon Ochepa Oduma-Aboh, BA, MA, PhD (Benue State University, now Rev. Fr. Moses Orshio Adasu University, Makurdi).

Professor Oduma-Aboh is a Professor of African Traditional Religion and Culture in the Department of Christian Religious Studies, Faculty of Arts, Kaduna State University. His lecture will examine the philosophical foundations of African Traditional Religion, its concept of cosmic harmony, and its relevance in fostering peaceful coexistence within Nigeria’s diverse society.
