KSCOE Gidan Waya notice on school fees payment, screening and collection of exam cards

The Directorate of Undergraduate Studies, Kaduna State College of Education, Gidan Waya, has issued an important notice to all undergraduate students regarding the payment of school fees, screening, and collection of examination cards for the 2025/2026 academic session.

According to the notice, the institution is currently in the 11th week of the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic session. Students are advised to take lectures, tutorials, and practicals seriously to ensure effective teaching and learning.

The Directorate emphasized that all students must pay their school fees and other charges on or before 28th February, 2026. Screening for examinations and the collection of examination cards will commence from Monday, 2nd March, 2026.

Students are also advised to collect and complete their first semester course registration forms. Newly admitted students are further directed to obtain bio-data forms from the examination office, duly complete them, and return for proper data capturing.
