KWASU notice on matriculation ceremony, 2025/2026

This is to Inform all the newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 academic session that the 17th matriculation ceremony of the University will hold on Thursday, 22nd January 2026 at the Convocation Arena, Malete Campus from 10:00am.

To this end, all the newly admitted students who have duly completed their course registration are hereby directed to contact their respective faculty officers from Wednesday 21st January 2026 to collect their academic gowns and obtain the Matriculation oath form. They are to note that the form must be completed and returned to their faculty officers immediately after the Ceremony.

In addition, all the academic gowns must be returned to the Faculty office not later than Friday 23rd January 2026.

All the matriculating students are to note the above INFO for strict compliance.
