KWASU issues urgent notice to newly admitted students, 2025/2026

Kwara State University (KWASU) has released an urgent notice to all newly admitted students regarding issues with the upload of their admission records on the JAMB CAPS portal.

According to the statement signed by Dr. Kikelomo W. Sallee, Registrar, the university observed that some students’ records could not be uploaded due to non-upload of SSCE results or failure to visit a CBT centre to update their details or change to the newly offered course.

The management has therefore directed all affected students to update their records on or before Friday, 14th November 2025, warning that failure to comply will result in loss of admission.

Students are advised to treat this notice with utmost urgency to secure their admission status.
