LASU notice on commencement of First Semester examination, 2025/2026

The management of Lagos State University (LASU) has announced the commencement of the First Semester Examinations for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

According to an official statement, the Vice-Chancellor of the University, Professor Ibiyemi Ibilola Olatunji-Bello, mni, NPOM, has granted executive approval for the examinations to begin on Monday, January 26, 2026.

The University further disclosed that detailed information regarding students’ course registration will be communicated in due course by the Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (DICT).

The Provost of the Lagos State College of Medicine, as well as all Deans of Faculties and Schools, have been advised to take note of the development and ensure necessary compliance.

Students are therefore urged to stay informed and make adequate preparations ahead of the examinations.
