LASUTH Admission into School of Anaesthetic Technology for 2025/2026 Session

The Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja, has announced the commencement of admission into its School of Anaesthetic Technology for the 2025/2026 academic session. This marks the 4th set of admissions into the institution’s specialized training programme designed to produce skilled Anaesthetic Technicians.

Entry Requirements

Applicants must:

Be between 18 and 30 years of age.

Possess a minimum of five (5) O’Level credits in WASSCE/NECO/SSCE obtained in not more than two sittings.

Have compulsory credits in English Language and Mathematics, as well as credits in at least two of the three core science subjects: Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

Duration of Course

The training runs for three (3) years, after which successful candidates will be awarded certificates in Anaesthetic Technology.

Method of Application

Interested and qualified candidates are to obtain the application form from the Department of Anaesthesia, Old Administrative Building, LASUTH. Completed application forms should be submitted with the following documents:

Applicant’s credentials,

Curriculum vitae (CV), and

Two (2) recent passport photographs.

All submissions should be made to the same venue where the forms were collected.

Conditions for Admission

A written examination will be conducted at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja. Only successful candidates from the examination will be invited for an interview.

The sales and submission of application forms will end four (4) weeks from the date of this publication (November 4, 2025).
