LASUTH Postgraduate Certificate Programme admission in Neonatal Ventilation (2026 Session)

The Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja, has announced the commencement of admission into its Postgraduate Certificate Programme in Neonatal Ventilation for the 2026 academic session.

The programme is offered through the Centre for Advanced Neonatal Studies, Neonatal Ventilation Academy, and is designed to equip medical doctors with specialized skills in neonatal mechanical ventilation.

According to the announcement, the certificate course is open to qualified Medical Doctors who possess at least a basic medical degree such as MBBS, MBChB, MD, or equivalent from a recognized university.

The programme will run for a duration of three months on a part-time basis. Upon successful completion and passing of the exit assessment, participants will be awarded a LASUTH Postgraduate Certificate in Neonatal Ventilation.

Application Procedure

Interested and eligible candidates are required to obtain application forms from the Workforce, Planning and Recruitment Unit, MRC Building, LASUTH. Completed forms must be submitted with photocopies of relevant academic credentials, a detailed curriculum vitae (CV), and two recent passport photographs with a white background.

As part of the admission process, applicants will undergo a Computer-Based Test (CBT) at LASUTH. Successful candidates will subsequently be invited for an oral interview, presentation of original certificates, and medical screening, including the issuance of a certificate of medical fitness.

The institution noted that applications will close four (4) weeks from the date of publication.
