Lautech Students Protest Over School Prolonged Strike, Dispelled By The Police

The students of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, came out in mass to protest against the prolonged 7 months strike embarked by the institution.

The aggrieved students were on the move to ogbomoso when the Oyo State police force came to stop them. According to reports, it was stated that the police got an information to stop the protest.

It was also gathered that the police dispelled the protest with tear gas and gunshots.

Some of the students were also arrested by the police.
