Lead City University, Faculty if Nursing inducts Class of 2026 into the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria

Lead City University, Ibadan, will on Tuesday, 3rd February, 2026, host the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) Induction Ceremony for the Class of 2026.

The induction ceremony is scheduled to commence at 11:00 a.m. prompt and will take place at the Adeline Hall, Lead City University, Ibadan.

The ceremony will feature Assoc. Prof. Chizoma M. Ndikom of the Faculty of Nursing, University of Ibadan, Oyo State, and Adeoye Beatrice Alinuke, Director of Nursing Services, Oyo State, as special guests.

The event will be hosted by the Dean, Faculty of Nursing, Lead City University, Ibadan, Assoc. Prof. Christiana A. Owopetu.

The Vice-Chancellor of Lead City University, Ibadan, Prof. Kabiru Aderemi Adeyemo, will serve as the Chief Host of the ceremony.

The induction marks a significant milestone in the professional journey of the graduating nursing students as they are formally inducted into the Nursing & Midwifery profession in Nigeria.
