Library Card Registration and Renewal for 2025/2026 Academic Session

The University Library wishes to inform all newly admitted and returning students that the registration and renewal of library cards for the 2025/2026 Academic Session has officially commenced.

The exercise is scheduled to hold daily between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., from Monday, 27th October to Friday, 19th December 2025, in line with the approved timetable below:

MONDAYS:

• Faculty of Arts

• School of Agriculture

• Faculty of Communication and Media Studies

TUESDAYS:

• Faculty of Education

• School of Library, Archival and Information Science

WEDNESDAYS:

• Faculty of Management Sciences

• School of Computing and Information Technology

THURSDAYS:

• Faculty of Social Sciences

• School of Transport and Logistics

FRIDAYS:

• Faculty of Science (including Nursing, Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, Science Laboratory Technology, Medicine and Surgery, and related departments)

📋 Required Documents

All students participating in the registration and renewal exercise are expected to present the following:

1. Photocopy of Letter of Admission

2. Photocopy of School Fees Payment Receipt

3. Two (2) recent passport-sized photographs

4. Valid Matriculation Number

📢 Important Notice

Students are strongly advised to take part in this mandatory exercise within the stipulated period. Please note that no extension of the registration timeline will be granted after Friday, 19th December 2025.
