MAUTECH update on collection of certificates

The Management of Modibbo Adama University (MAU), Yola, has announced the commencement of certificate collection for all graduates, particularly those who were recently convoked.

According to a bulletin released by the University, the exercise will begin on Wednesday, 18th February 2026, at the Academic Division Office, located in the New Administrative Block.

Graduates are required to comply with the following procedures before collecting their certificates:

1. Submission of a written application letter addressed to the Academic Secretary.

2. Presentation of the original copy of the degree statement of result.

3. Submission of A’ Level certificate (for Direct Entry candidates), or O’ Level certificate(s), or verified copies of statement(s) of result.

4. Presentation of a University Identity Card or a court affidavit alongside a valid means of identification such as National ID Card, International Passport, or Voter’s Card.

5. Evidence of payment of Ten Thousand Naira (₦10,000.00) only.

The University emphasized that all payments must be made through Remita.
