MAUTECH warns against commercialization of Hostel Bed Spaces

This is to inform all undergraduate students that the University Administration has received with dismay the information that some students are selling hostel bed spaces. Similarly, it has also received credible information that some students are also dubiously using the identities of their fellow students to secure accommodation. These acts of hostel commercialization contravenes the mentorship provided by the University for her students and is totally unacceptable. Consequently, I would like to use all emphasis at my command to draw the attention of students perpetrating such acts to stop. Any student caught shall be dismiss from the University.

The University Administration is doing whatever humanly possible to provide accommodation for students using the available facilities and resources. Therefore, students are urged to remain calm as hostel allocation exercise is still ongoing please.
