McPherson University JUPEB Admission Form 2023/2024

McPherson University (MCU), a renowned tertiary institution of the Foursquare Gospel in Nigeria, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the One-year Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB) Programme for the 2023/2024 Academic Session.

About the JUPEB Programme

The JUPEB Programme is an advanced-level programme intended for students seeking Direct Entry (D/E) admission into universities. This programme leads to the award of a JUPEB Certificate, which qualifies candidates for consideration for D/E admission through JAMB into McPherson University or other universities in Nigeria.

Admission Requirements

Candidates seeking admission into the JUPEB Programme must possess at least five (5) credit passes in WASSCE or NECO (O’ Level), obtained in not more than two sittings.

Available Subjects and Combinations

The JUPEB Programme currently offers eleven (11) subjects. Applicants must choose a combination of three (3) subjects according to their proposed course of study. The subjects and available combinations include:

1. Accounts, Business Studies, Economics (ABE)
2. Accounts, Economics, Government (AEG)
3. Biology, Chemistry, Physics (BCP)
4. Business Studies, Economics, Government (BEG)
5. Business Studies, Economics, Mathematics (BEM)
6. Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics (CMP)
7. Christian Religious Studies, History, Literature-in-English (CHL)
8. Economics, Government, Literature-in-English (EGL)
9. Economics, Government, Mathematics (EGM)
10. Economics, History, Literature-in-English (EHL)
11. Government, Literature-in-English, Christian Religious Studies (GLC)

Fee Structure

Prospective students should note the following fee structure for the JUPEB programme:

• Acceptance fee: N20,000.00
• Tuition fee: N100,000.00
• ICT: N5,000.00
• Library: N5,000.00
• Examination Fee: N25,000.00
• ID card: N5,000.00
• Medical fee: N10,000.00
• Accommodation: N80,000.00

The total fee amounts to N250,000.00.
