Mercy Medical University Post-UTME 2026: Cut off mark, Eligibility and Registration Procedures

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the University’s Degree Programmes for 2026/2027 Academic Session.

MODE OF ADMISSION

UTME Candidates

All prospective candidates must have taken the 2026 UTME Examination and obtained a minimum score of 150, while all candidates must have chosen Mercy Medical University as the University of First Choice or apply for a Change of Institution from JAMB Accredited CBT Centre or JAMB Office. The minimum qualification for Degree programmes is five (5)O’Level Credit in relevant subjects (English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology) at not more than two (2) sittings in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB.

Direct Entry Candidates

Direct Entry prospective candidates must have obtained JAMB Direct Entry Form, five (5) relevant O’Level Credits in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than two (2) sittings. Advance Level result (IJMB, JUBEP, National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of Lower Credit, Degree (relevant courses) from recognised Universities with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2.2) and Cambridge Advance Level result. InterUniversity Transfer admission into 200 Level is also available across all the Degree Programmes of the University.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Prospective candidates who must have chosen Mercy Medical University as the University of  first choice from 2026 UTME Examination should visit the University website  www.mercymedicaluniversity.edu.ng to apply for admission through the University Admission Portal while candidates who did not choose Mercy Medical University but willing to apply should visit JAMB Accredited CBT Centre or JAMB Office to apply for Change of Institution to Mercy Medical University as the university of first choice and thereafter visit the university website to apply for admission.

AFTER SUBMISSION

After successfully completing the online application process, prospective candidates will receive a confirmation of application through their email and they are expected to print or save the confirmation slip while they should check their email and the University portal regularly for the updates on admission status. All prospective candidates are to note that Mercy Medical University do not conduct Post-UTME examination but screening of results (not physical)
