Nasarawa State Ministry of Education update on common entrance registration, 2026/2027

The Nasarawa State Ministry of Education has officially informed the general public, particularly parents and guardians, that the Federal Ministry of Education has commenced registration for the National Common Entrance Examination for admission into Federal and Nominated State Technical Colleges for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The registration process, which began on 26th January 2026, will remain open until 24th May 2026. The examination is scheduled to be conducted nationwide on 6th June 2026.

Interested candidates are required to complete their registration online through the official portal: https://student.nabteb.gov.ng.

The Ministry has stipulated the following mandatory requirements for all applicants:

• National Identification Number (NIN): All candidates must provide a valid NIN during the registration process.
• Age Eligibility: Candidates must be between 13 and 20 years of age. Applicants under 13 or over 20 years of age will be automatically disqualified.

Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to ensure that their wards complete the registration process within the specified period.
