NSUK adjusts work hours for Ramadan
In observance of the upcoming holy month of Ramadan, the management of Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), has announced a revised schedule for official closing hours. This directive was issued by the Office of the Registrar and applies to all staff members for the duration of the fasting period.
According to a circular signed by the Registrar, Dr. Bala I. Ahmed II, the new working hours will take effect from the first day of the fast until the end of the month. Under the adjusted timetable, staff are to close by 2:00 pm from Monday to Thursday, and by 1:00 pm on Fridays.
The university extended warm greetings to the Muslim community within the institution. Management prayed that "Almighty Allah accepts all your prayers, supplications and sacrifices" during this sacred period.
The circular was copied to top university officials including the Vice-Chancellor, Deputy Vice-Chancellors, Bursar, Deans, Directors, and Departmental Heads for compliance and dissemination.
