Nigerian Defence Academy, NDA notice to postgraduate applicants having challenges with registration.

Authorities of the  Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) have released a publication that they are mindful of the difficulties experienced by their prospective applicants to get through the application process over the past week.

The challenge has to do with the effects of newly introduced banking regulations which they are working hard to resolve.
