The Oke Ogun Polytechnic, Saki notice on 2nd semester resumption & AI training

The Directorate of Students’ Affairs at The Oke Ogun Polytechnic, Saki, has officially announced the commencement of full academic activities for the second semester of the 2026 academic session.

​In an internal memorandum dated March 13, 2026, the school management directed all students to note that lectures are officially underway as of today, Monday, March 16, 2026.

​In addition to the resumption of lectures, the institution has partnered with the international agency, Tech Mindset Africa, to host a mandatory Artificial Intelligence (AI) training program for all students.

​The training is scheduled to take place in April as follows:

​Day 1 (Monday, April 7): ND 1 students – AI Foundations, Responsible AI, and Practical Labs.

​Day 2 (Tuesday, April 8): ND 2 students – Generative AI, Workflow Automation, and Applied Case Studies.

​Day 3 (Wednesday, April 9): HND 1 students – Sectoral Applications, Innovation Prototyping, and Teamwork.

​Day 4 (Thursday, April 10): HND 2 students – Final Training, Capstone Showcase, and Certification Ceremony.

​The management has emphasized that this training is of high importance, and all students are required to participate fully and arrive punctually.
