Northwest University update on certificate collection

This is to inform all graduates of the University that they must strictly comply with the following requirements and guidelines for the collection of their certificates:

1. All academic gowns must be returned, and evidence of return must be presented.

2. Graduates are required to present the following documents:

a. Original Statement of Result

b. Original Student Identity Card

c. Evidence of payment of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000) for the certificate, which must be verified by the Bursary Department and the Faculty

d. Proof of gown return/clearance (for those who have not previously submitted it)

e. Certificates must be collected personally by the graduate. Collection by proxy or representative is not permitted.

3. Certificates will be issued only once. The University will not entertain any request for re-issuance in the event of damage or loss. Graduates are therefore strongly advised to keep their certificates safe and secure.
