Northwest University Kano sets dates for new students' document verification
The Office of the Registrar at Northwest University, Kano, has released the schedule for the physical verification and scrutiny of original documents for all newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 academic session.
According to a memorandum signed by Muhammad Madi Muhammad, Senior Statistics Officer, for the Head of the Directorate of Examination, Admissions, and Records (DEAR), the exercise is faculty-based and will take place at the City Campus.
The verification schedule is as follows:
· Education & Arts Faculties: Monday, February 2, 2026
· Science: Tuesday, February 3, 2026
· Computing: Thursday, February 5, 2026
· Social & Management Sciences: Friday, February 6, 2026
· Basic Medical Science, Clinical Science & Allied Sciences: Monday, February 9, 2026
All affected students are mandated to present the original copies of the following documents:
1. JAMB Result Slip or Direct Entry (DE) Registration Slip.
2. Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) O’level result.
3. Northwest University Post-UTME/DE Acknowledgement Slip.
4. Transcript (for Direct Entry students only).
The university management urges all newly admitted students to adhere strictly to the dates assigned to their respective faculties for a smooth and successful registration process.
