UNILAG notice to students on ID Card upload

All students who uploaded or re-uploaded their information onto the University ID Card portal between Wednesday, August 20, and the morning of Friday, August 22, 2025, are required to re-upload a clear passport photograph and signature on the portal ——> https://studentid.unilag.edu.ng

Students must also ensure that both their photograph and signature are correctly displayed on the portal after a successful upload before clicking submit. The deadline for submission is Sunday, August 31, 2025, by 11:59 p.m.

Students who have not uploaded their passport photographs and signatures at all are advised to seize this opportunity to do so.

Eligible Categories
1.⁠ ⁠All newly admitted students for the 2024/2025 academic session.
2.⁠ ⁠Students in Year 2, 3, 4, or 5 who are yet to collect their ID cards and have officially written to the Academic Affairs Unit.
3.⁠ ⁠Students with lost or misplaced ID cards, provided they have submitted evidence of payment for replacement along with a valid Police Report.

Important Observations
1.⁠ ⁠It has been observed that some uploaded photographs were taken against a non-white background. Please note that such ID cards will not be printed. Students are therefore strongly advised to upload a passport photograph with a white background and a clear signature to ensure the validity of their School ID.
2.⁠ ⁠The final deadline for upload remains 11:59 p.m., Sunday, August 31, 2025.
