NOUN 15th Matriculation Ceremony Postponed
This is to inform the public and newly admitted students of National Open University of Nigeria that the 15th Matriculation Ceremony which was scheduled to hold on Saturday the 20th February, 2016 has been postponed indefinitely.
A new date will be communicated in due course".
