NSUK announces 59th Inaugural Lecture

The Vice-Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), Professor Sa’adatu Hassan Liman (Fellow: UNESCO, ACLS, FIIFP, CBER), has officially invited members of the university community and the general public to the institution’s 59th Inaugural Lecture.

The lecture titled "When Applause Lies: Communication, Power and the War Between Reputation and Perception in Nigeria" will be delivered by Professor Emmanuel S. Dandaura, a Professor of Participatory and Development Communication from the Department of Theatre and Cultural Studies.

The inaugural lecture is expected to examine the relationship between communication, power, public perception, and reputation management within the Nigerian context, providing academic insights into how public image and societal perception can sometimes differ from reality.
