NSUK registration requirements for Faculty of Health Science newly admitted students

The management of the faculty of health sciences Nasarawa State University keffi Nsuk, have today release the registration requirements for new inatkes admitted this year.

This was confirmed after the faculty released a press memo regarding the documents required for new intakes physical screening.

The requirements are as follows;

1. JAMB Result Slip

2. Acceptance fee payment receipt

3. UTME Screening fee payment receipt

4. JAMB Admission Letter

5. NSUK Admission Letter

6. Students Information form

7. School fee receipt

8. Primary School Certificate

9. Secondary School Certificate (O'level result)

10. Indegene form 

11. Birth Certificate

12. Student Phone Number (s)

13. Four (4) passport photographs

14. Departmental Fee N15,000

15. Faculty Fee N5,000.00
