Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic SUG urgent notice to students

The Students Union Government (SUG) of Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, Zaria, wishes to inform all students that there have been reports concerning students who paid their school fees through a local café. It has been discovered that the café owner failed to remit the payments to the institution and instead issued fake receipts.

Students who are affected by this issue are advised to visit the Students’ Union Government (SUG) Office with valid evidence of payment. Required documents include:

• Transaction ID or receipt issued by the café
• Proof of payment (e.g., bank statement or transfer confirmation)
• Any other relevant supporting documentation

The SUG team will verify all submitted documents and assist affected students in resolving the matter accordingly.

Please note that failure to report may result in:

• Unnecessary late payment penalties
• Registration holds
• Academic session disruptions

All affected students are strongly urged to visit the SUG Secretariat during official school hours.
