SAZU notice to graduating students, 2024/2025 session

The Office of the Registrar at Sa’adu Zungur University, Bauchi State, has issued an internal memo regarding the issuance of Statement of Results (SOR) for the 2024/2025 Academic Session Graduands.

According to the directive signed by the Academic Secretary, Alh. Aminu Tukur, graduates can begin collecting their results effective from Tuesday, 24th March, 2026, at the Academic Office, Main Campus, Gadau.

Requirements for Collection

To facilitate a seamless collection process, all graduands are strictly required to present the following documents:

• Clearance Slip
• Student Identification Card
• Evidence of payment of Alumni fees

Notice on Convocation Gowns

In addition to the result collection, the University has confirmed that the issuance of academic gowns for the upcoming convocation ceremony will commence on Wednesday, 25th March, 2026.
