OSCOED Ila Orangun To Re-open On Jan. 7th After Closure Due To Students' Protest

The ongoing strike of Osun State College Of Education, Ila Orangun, was hoped to stop on the 7th of January 2013.

According to the news carrier, the incident which brought about the ongoing strike was said to have been caused by an accident that occured on 17th on October, 2012 which lead to the death of the students involved and eventually aroused all students to protest.

The students, while on rampage, damaged so many things including FRSC patrol Van. All these made the governing council of OSSCE ILA ORANGUN, to close the school for security purposes.

All students, and staff of the institution is expected to resume on the said date.
