Plateau State College of Health Technology, Zawan admission form, 2022/2023

The general public is hereby informed that the sale of admission forms into the various programs of the Plateau State College of Health Technology, Zawan for the 2022/2023 Academic Session will commence on Tuesday 20th April, 2022

Interested applicants are to obtain RRR number (Remita Retrieval Reference number) for payment into any Commercial bank.

The forms are obtainable from ICT Center of College after the Payment N7,000.00 for HND and N 5,000.00 only for other courses

Completed application forms wth The photocopies of credentials are to be submitted to the office of the Deputy Registrar Academics on or before 20th August, 2022

NOTE

Candidate for admission in ND, Community Health, ND, Environmental Health and ND, Health Information Management programs need not to Purchase the College forms as admissions is strictly through JAMB (UTME)
