Poly Ibadan SUG update on "No School fee, No Examination Policy"

Adebayo β€’ 3 months ago

The Students' Union wishes to inform all students that following a series of engagements and appeals made to the Management, the earlier position of "No School Fees, No Examination" will not be enforced for the first week of the First Semester Examinations.

The Management has graciously approved an extension of tuition fee payment, and as a result, students will be allowed to sit for the 2025/2026 First Semester Examinations during the first week.

Consequently, all Heads of Departments (HODS) are kindly requested to comply with this directive and allow all affected students to participate in the examinations within the approved period.

Additionally, HODS are encouraged to share students' previous examination results with them to enable students confirm their academic standing and take necessary steps where required.

The Students' Union appreciates the understanding of the Management and urges all students to make good use of this opportunity by ensuring they regularize their fee payments accordingly.

Furthermore, students whose ID cards are ready for collection can visit the Assembly Hall to obtain them.

We wish all students the very best in their examinations.
