OAU holds 410th inaugural lecture Nov 25th

Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, invites the public to its 410th Inaugural Lecture, to be delivered by Professor Abel Omoniyi Afon of the Department of Urban and Regional Planning.

The lecture, titled “Urban Environment Management in Nigeria: Who Are We? Where Are We? Where Should We Be?” will take place on Tuesday, 25th November 2025, at 5:00 PM in Oduduwa Hall, OAU, Ile-Ife.

The event focuses on examining Nigeria’s urban environmental challenges and exploring pathways for sustainable urban development.
