UNILAG's 448th Inaugural Lecture holds Nov. 12

Professor Mercy Adaku Chigemezu Onwuama of the Department of Human Kinetics and Health Education, Faculty of Education, University of Lagos, will deliver the four hundred and forty-eighth (448th) Inaugural Lecture of the University of Lagos and the second (2nd) of the 2025/2026 Academic Session on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

The lecture, titled “Breaking Barriers in Disease Prevention: Health Education a Lifeline” will be chaired by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Folasade T. Ogunsola, OON, FAS, and will take place at the J.F. Ade Ajayi Auditorium, University of Lagos, at 4:00 p.m (Guests are to be seated by 3:45 p.m.)
