DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A COMPUTER BASED QUALITY ASSURANCE MONITORING SYSTEM, CASE STUDY OF ETISALAT.

ABSTRACT
This project is about the design and implementation of a computer-based quality assurance monitoring system. A quality assurance monitoring is very necessary as it will contribute to the corporate performance of an organization. Over the past decades, the telecommunications sector has grown both in terms of revenues, both in terms of number of clients, which in turn has meant that the demand for the quality of services provided by mobile network operators increased.  Given the above, this thesis aims to develop a system to assess how clients perceive the perceived quality of the mobile network operator service through a quality measurement tool adapted to the respective sector. The web-based system which was built using PHP programming language for front-end and MySQL database for backend has shown to aid project managers in ensuring the delivery of quality service to customers.
