TECHNIQUES FOR IMPROVING WORKERS' PERFORMANCE IN AN INDUSTRY
ABSTRACT
Managing employees in an organization is a function which everyone who has control over others share in human resources management. it is not be left to specialist alone because human materials resources and more difficult to manage than materials resources as a result of the conflict between the employers and employees wishes so for a manager to be successful he must understand and be able to use personal management techniques and in addition have some knowledge of the principles in industrial psychology on which they are based. he must be aware of the result of psychological studies of the employees as an individual nor a member of a working group and person who behaviour is influenced to some extent by his technological environment. this research work is clearly designed to give managers or those who especially are connected with human resources management a clear insight as to how they can induce workers to greater performance to ensure logical presentation this research is organized to five chapters.
