ABSTRACT
Ratios are highly essential profit tools in financial analysis that help financial analysts implement plans that improve profitability, liquidity, financial structure, reordering, leverage, and interest coverage. Although ratios report mostly on past performances, they can be predictive too, and provide lead indications of potential problem areas. In this research work, the researcher is the effect of ratio analysis in investment decision; a case study of Blessed Obioma Electronics Nig. Ltd. The researcher will consider in chapter one...the introduction of the study which will in turn considers the following sub-topics. The background of the study, the statement of research problem, the objective of the study, significance of the study, the hypothesis and the structure of the work. Chapter two focuses on the literature review; this chapter is where the researcher extract materials from various books, magazines, news papers and internet resources. In chapter three, the researcher deals on research methodology while chapter four is data analysis and interpretation. The finding, summary and conclusion is in chapter five.
