THE IMPACT OF ACCOUNTING ON ORGANIZATION EFFECTIVENESS (A CASE STUDY OF FEDERAL PAY OFFICE, ENUGU)
 
ABSTRACT
The proposed research topic is summarized below: First and foremost, the research work provides the appropriate and comprehensive definition of the concept of accounting, by appropriately identifying the essential factors that must be considered in organizational accounting operations. Secondly, the project also made attempt to establish a close relationship between accounting and organizational growth. It specifies clearly that the extent to which the former is judiciously carried out, the degree to which the latter will be achieved. Also, the roles of accountings and administrators in fostering the effectiveness of organizational accounting operations were also elucidated. Finally, the research work also highlights the fundamental efforts of the government and other state holders in the accounting profession, in ensuring that most organization in the modern society, adopts the policy and practice of accounting as the way forward in their activities.
