TO APPLY, FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW
1. Pay cash (=N=6,800) for PTI Application Form 2013/2014 in any Zenith bank branch, with Account Number:1012799133.

2. Obtain the Confirmation Bank PIN equivalent to the amount paid for your APPLICATION FORM.
