SAZU notice on presentation of awards to recipients at the 8th, 9th, and 10th Convocation

Following the successful conclusion of the 8th, 9th, and 10th Convocation ceremonies held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, the Office of the Registrar has issued a formal invitation to all award recipients.

University management extends its warmest congratulations to all students and individuals who emerged as prize winners during the combined ceremonies.

Recipients are hereby requested to report for the formal presentation of their awards under the following schedule:

• Date: Tuesday, April 7, 2026
• Location: Office of the Registrar

Required Documentation:
All concerned recipients must bring the following items to the venue:

1. Evidence of payment for the Academic gown.
2. Evidence of payment for the Book of Proceeding.
