Sad! Lightning Allegedly Strikes 100l Student of Anambra State University to Death

Vincent Uche Mbanefo a 100l student of Anambra state university now known as Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Anambra state, has been reported dead after being struck by lightening during a heavy rain pour at Achalla.  

According to Anambra State Police Command, the event took place on the 2nd of July at about 5pm, the deceased was alone in the room when the incident happened.

Police detectives were dispatched to the the scene the moment they heard of the incident, he was later conveyed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead by the doctor. 

Vincent was a 100l student of  Agric Extension in the Igbariam campus.

His Parents were contacted and the corpse has been conveyed to his hometown for burial.
