General Requirements:

O'level credit in

• English language
• Mathematics
• Physics
• Chemistry
• Biology 

NECO or WASSCE Not more than two sittings

Application Forms are obtained from the Nursing Service Department, Ministry of Health, New Secretariat, Umuahia Fourth floor on payment of non-refundable fund fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only in two different banks (UBA & ZENITH BANK)

Purchase of forms begins on Monday 1st February 2021 to Friday 19th March, 2021

All completed forms should be returned to the Nursing Service on or before 19th Friday, March 2021
