BUK time-table for completion of 2nd semester, 2024/2025 session

The University Senate has officially approved the timetable for processing and presenting the Second Semester Examination Results. Departments and Level Coordinators are advised to ensure strict compliance with the following schedule:

Monday, 23rd March 2026 The Central Committee on Examinations Misconduct and Leakages will meet to consider reports submitted by Faculty committees.

Monday 9th – Saturday 28th March, 2026 Deadline for the completion of marking and submission of raw marks by examiners (within three weeks after the last paper).

Monday 9th March – Friday 17th April, 2026 Departmental and Faculty Boards of Examiners will meet to consider results, including student projects.

Monday 27th April – Monday 4th May, 2026 The Senate Business Committee (SBC) will sit to review the 2nd Semester Examination Results.

Wednesday, 3rd June 2026 A Special Senate session will convene for the final approval of the 2nd Semester Examination Results.
