Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) Programme portal for 2026 resumptions is now open to receive applications. Shell Companies in Nigeria offer Nigerian students in higher Institutions the opportunity to gain work experience through the Student Industrial Training Programme (SIWES).

The following is a list of eligible courses:

• Engineering
• Geosciences
• Information Technology
• Sciences (Pure Science and Environmental)
• Social Sciences/Arts
• Commercial

The industrial training programme is designed for students to:

Requirements for Shell Nigeria Student Internship Programme Qualification

An eligible applicant must:

• Be a Nigerian citizen.
• Be enrolled full?time in an undergraduate program at a university or polytechnic in Nigeria.
• Have school authorisation and approval for Industrial Training.
• Have a CGPA of 3.5 and above.
