Sheu Of Borno Becomes NDU Chancellor

The Sheu of Borno, Alhaji Abubakar Ibn-Umar, has been appointed as the new Chancellor of Niger Delta University, Wilberforce Island, Bayelsa State.

His appointment was approved by the state Governor and Visitor to the University, Mr. Seriake Dickson.
