The Admissions Unit of the College of Nursing Sciences, St. Mary’s Joint Hospital, Amaigbo (CONSA), an affiliate of Abia State University, Uturu, has officially declared admission open for its premier Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc) degree program for the 2026/2027 academic session.

​Applications are invited from qualified candidates who chose CONSA as their institution of first choice, as well as those willing to initiate a change of course or institution to the college.

​Admission Requirements

​Prospective applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for selection:

​JAMB Score: A minimum admissible UTME score of 160 or higher.

​O'Level Results: Senior School Certificate (WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB) with at least five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, obtained in not more than two sittings.

​Primary Education: First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC).

​Identification: Date of birth certificate or a sworn statutory declaration of age/birth affidavit.

​Photographs: Two recent passport photographs.

​Institutional Change: Change of course/institution slip (where applicable).

​References: An official Attestation Letter from a recognized member of the clergy.

​Sponsorship: Valid phone number(s) of the sponsor(s).

​Commencement of Form Sales: May 19, 2026

​Closure of Form Sales: August 19, 2026

​Screening Test Date: August 22, 2026
