NUBAPOLY students yet to pay their fees to sign undertaking before exams
The Rector of Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic has approved a directive requiring students who have not paid their school fees to sign an undertaking before they can sit for examinations.
In a notice signed by Engr. Mahmud Mustapha, Director of Academic Planning, and addressed to all Deans of Schools, the institution stated that affected students must formally request permission to write their examinations during the first week. The undertaking is expected to clearly state their commitment to settle all outstanding fees immediately after the Easter break.
According to the directive, any student who fails to fulfil this commitment will not be allowed to continue with the examination process. The management noted that the measure is aimed at enforcing compliance with payment regulations while providing a temporary opportunity for students to participate in the exams.
The directive is to be implemented across all schools in the institution.
