Suspected cultists gun down a final year RSUST student

The spokesperson of the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, Harcourt Whyte, has confirmed the killing of a final student of the institution by suspected members on Thursday morning, August 19, 2021.

The cultists were said to have trailed the student to a cafeteria near the faculty of management science, at about 9:20 am, where he was shot dead.

Mr. Whyte also revealed that the assailants have been arrested while the police have commenced an investigation into the matter.
