Fed Poly, Nasarawa implements total ban on Okada activities within the campus

Management at The Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa has officially announced a total ban on the activities of motorcycle taxis, widely known as "Okada," within the campus premises. The directive, issued by the Office of the Dean of Student Affairs, comes as a direct response to recent security concerns observed on campus.

Acknowledging the potential disruption this decision may cause, the Polytechnic administration has introduced a temporary transportation solution. To ensure students can still commute to and from campus effectively, the school will be providing shuttle buses stationed at the main gate.

The management has requested the full cooperation and understanding of the entire Polytechnic community as they work to address the underlying security issues and restore normalcy to campus operations.
