Kwara State University (KWASU) Academic Calendar for the conclusion of the 2025/2026 Harmattan Semester and the full schedule for the upcoming Rain Semester.

This adjustment ensures that all academic activities, including result considerations and senate approvals, are streamlined for the current session.

HARMATTAN SEMESTER 2025/2026

March 24th – 26th, 2026 Continuation of Harmattan Semester Examinations.

March 30th, 2026 Departmental Consideration of Results.

April 2nd, 2026 Faculty Consideration of Results.

April 8th – 14th, 2026 BCoS Consideration of Results.

April 22nd, 2026 Senate Approval & Official Release of Results.

RAIN SEMESTER 2025/2026

April 6th, 2026 Commencement of Lectures.

April 6th – 20th, 2026 Add/Drop Course Registration Window.

May 28th – 29th, 2026 Mid-Semester Break.

June 1st – 6th, 2026 Continuous Assessment (CA) Week and Make-up Examinations.

June 27th, 2026 End of Lectures.

June 29th – July 4th, 2026 Revision Week.

July 6th – August 1st, 2026 Rain Semester Examinations.

FINAL SEMESTER PROCESSING

Following the examinations, the following dates apply for final grading and graduation clearances:

• August 12th, 2026: Departmental Results Consideration
• August 14th, 2026: Faculty Consideration of Results
• August 17th – 22nd, 2026: BCoS Results Consideration
• August 31st, 2026: Senate Approval and Final Release of Results.
