UDUS announces E-Exam Card Printing for 1st Semester 2025/2026

Students of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, are hereby informed that the printing of e-Examination cards for the 1st Semester of the 2025/2026 academic session will commence from Wednesday, 4th March 2026.

According to an internal memorandum issued by the Chairman of the Examinations Monitoring Committee (EMC), Prof. M. G. Liman, the exercise is scheduled to run until Saturday, 14th March 2026. This is to allow for the stamping of the cards by EMC members and their subsequent return to students before the commencement of the examinations.

The schedule for the exercise is as follows:

· Printing of e-Examination Cards: Wednesday 4th to Saturday 14th March 2026

· Submission of Cards to Examination Monitors (via Class Representatives): Monday 9th to Monday 16th March 2026

· Collection of Stamped Examination Cards: Wednesday 11th to Saturday 21st March 2026

The memorandum, addressed to the Director of ICT, requests that access be provided to registered students to print their cards within the specified period. The University urges all students to adhere to the given timeline to ensure a smooth process ahead of the examinations.
