UDUSOK procedure for certificate collection

This is to inform UDUSOK graduates willing to collect their original certificates that they are advised to follow the following procedures:

1. Collect and fill a signed and stamped clearance form from Library and Student affairs.

2. Bring a copy of your notification https://t.co/b9z3lvhS6Jof results.

3. School ID Card if any (Or any other valid means of identification).

4. Evidence of bank payment of Certificate collection fee (N3000 plus Bank charges N500).
