UDUSOK Notice on Change of Course for 2014/2015 Post-UTME Candidates

Candidate who have been admitted into the university with a course that distinct with there choice can apply for a change of course.

Candidate that wishes to apply for change of course can afford the form at any bank within the campus at the sum of N15,000

Candidate would be require to fill in all the necessary information and submit the form to the admission officer.

Candidate that apply for change of course must wait for a period of two to three weeks for approval to be granted and uploading of the new admission.

N.B:
-Don't start Registration before applying for change of course

-Don't apply unless you are qualified for change of course.
